This is a subscription-based service, designed to provide painting businesses with a high-quality website without any upfront costs.

3. Website Ownership & Buyout Option

  • Subscription Model: While you are subscribed to our $195/month plan, the website, its design, and all related services remain the sole property of ProPaintingWebsites.com. You are leasing the website as part of an ongoing service that includes hosting, updates, and support.
  • Buyout Option: If you want full ownership of your website, you may purchase it for a one-time fee of $5,000. After payment, the website will be fully transferred to you, and you will be responsible for hosting, maintenance, and future updates.
  • Cancellation: If you cancel your subscription without purchasing the site, all services will be terminated, and the website will be taken down from our servers.

4. Payment & Billing

  • Monthly Subscription: You agree to be billed $195 per month for ongoing access to your website and related services. Payments are automatically charged to the payment method on file.
  • Failed Payments: If a payment fails, we will notify you. If payment is not made within 7 days, your website may be suspended or taken offline.
  • No Refunds: All payments are non-refundable due to the nature of our service.

5. Client Responsibilities

  • Providing Business Information: You must supply us with accurate business details, images, logos, and preferences to build your website.
  • Compliance: You agree not to use your website for illegal, misleading, or spam-related activities.

6. Service Modifications

We may update, enhance, or modify our services to improve performance, user experience, or security. If major changes impact your pricing or services, we will notify you in advance.

7. Limitation of Liability

While we are committed to delivering high-quality services, we are not liable for:

  • Downtime, data loss, or third-party service failures beyond our control.
  • Loss of revenue due to website issues, hosting downtime, or SEO changes.
  • SEO or lead generation results, as rankings and traffic can be influenced by external factors.

8. Cancellation & Termination

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time, but your website will be removed unless you purchase full ownership.
  • We reserve the right to terminate services if a customer violates these terms or engages in abusive behavior toward our team.

9. Intellectual Property & Ownership

  • Buyout Transfer: If you purchase your website for $5,000, ownership will be transferred to you, and we will no longer manage or update it.
